ATOPlex RNA Library Prep Set

ATOPlex RNA Library Prep Set includes RT and two-steps PCR that convert viral RNA to sequence libraries in 5 hours. It is powered by MGI’s Padlock primer technology, which uses a padlock primer pair amplify the target with high specificity of amplification and low dimer rate. Moreover, ATOPlex kit includes clean system and spike-in system which minimizes cross-contamination risk and improves the accuracy of virus loads quantification. It suitable for population-scale viruses detection，surveillance and tracing.
